During the first visit, our crew will be equipped and ready to clean your home or office. The first visit may take longer than usual to make sure everything is cleaned properly. Future cleaning appointments will take less time as our crew will be aware how and what needs to be cleaned.

It would be greatly appreciated if extra items (toys, clothes, papers on desks/tables) can be moved to their proper location so that our cleaners have full access to all areas for a thorough cleaning.
That is strictly up to you! During the initial cleaning appointment, there may be questions from you or there may be questions from our crew members so it may be helpful if you are present. For future scheduled appointments, our crew members will already be aware of what needs to be done.
Our goal is to use eco-friendly cleaning products as much as possible. However, some areas may require the use of harsh chemicals for cleaning. We bring all appropriate cleaning products and equipment to clean. If you would like to use any of your own cleaning products or equipment, please let us know.
Absolutely! Because crew members are already scheduled to clean your property, we ask is that you contact our office 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule your services so crew members may be assigned to a different job. There is no fee to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No, there is no contract! You can schedule a one-time cleaning, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly services. These details can be discussed during the initial appointment.
Yes, we definitely try and keep the same cleaning professional(s) for each visit. We understand how important it is to have someone you know and trust cleaning your home or office.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied in any way with your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment and we will send out our crew to re-clean the area you are dissatisfied with. There will not be a charge for that.
